The hotel's decoration exudes a charming and traditional Balinese ambiance. The beautiful artwork and intricate wood carvings throughout the general areas added a touch of elegance to the overall experience. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessible pathways and ramps, making it easy for me to navigate the hotel without any difficulties.
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is improved assistance from the children working there. A little more attentiveness and willingness to help would have made a significant difference in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay for us seniors.

It was right next to a rice field. Very quiet, except for the roosters. Lovely setting. Rural but still close to town centre. You could walk in or the Hotel van would drive you in & pick you up! Small & private. The view from the bed was beautiful. New rooms being built at the time but didn't really notice it.Would go back again. Bathroom etc immaculate.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the Traditional Balinese massage at the spa. It was like having my skin rolled between the thumb and forefinger, giving me long, sensual strokes that relieved all my tension. The experience was so relaxing, it felt like being gently whisked away to paradise.

Being located next to beautiful rice fields, set in beautiful gardens with nice lighting. It seemed to be a very relaxed ambiance.
Breakfast staff were very unorganized, I mentioned this to then and seemed to take it on board

The pool was comfortable and clean, with a great view. There was a free shuttle to the center of the city, making it easy to get around.
The lack of attention to detail in the room. There were stains on the walls and ceiling, and the bedding seemed old and worn.

Quiet hotel with wild animal sounds, kind and helpful staff, free shuttle to Ubud center, large and comfortable room with rice field view, well-equipped bathroom.
No negatives from this place.

The breakfast was delicious and the waiter service was great, they were very polite and attentive. The pool was a good size and we were able to relax there. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and shops.
The room had a strong odor that could not be eliminated, and the bathroom was dirty. The air conditioning unit was old and made a lot of noise, disrupting our sleep. The staff was not very friendly and did not help us when we needed to get transportation. We will not stay at this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They attended to all our needs, from organizing tours to providing airport transportation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed and a lovely view of the rice fields. We especially enjoyed having our own little terrace where we could relax and unwind. The hotel had two beautiful pools that were clean and well-maintained. The spa treatments were also amazing, adding to our overall relaxation and enjoyment. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful retreat.

Located close to a supermarket and a bustling market, this hotel provides a peaceful getaway from the busy center. Rooms offer stunning views of the surrounding paddy fields and lush vegetation. the staff provides exceptional service, accommodating requests for room and amenities. the soundproof rooms offer a quiet respite from the nearby bustle, while comfortable beds ensure a restful night's sleep.
The breakfast options could be expanded to offer more variety.

The hotel's location was ideal, just a short drive away from the center. They even offer a shuttle service for added convenience. The friendly reception staff made us feel welcome, and though the room was slightly outdated, it was reasonably priced at $35 per night. Breakfast was included and cooked to our liking. The ongoing renovations with a second pool and bar added to the overall appeal. We also enjoyed the great views around the property.
